I am very disappointed with Nedbank after opening a bank account with them last year in May 2012 when I got employed. I have owed them on their credit card&decided to go debt counselling route as I had many debts which later I decided to cancel and make arrangements myself. I made an arrangement sometime in April 2013 for them to debit my account on monthly basis (effective immediately) an amount of R1000.00 which I defaulted on the 27th of April 2013. However since I do not check my statements most of the time as they are expensive, Bank failed to pick up a phone and call me to notify me that I have defaulted, they are no records that they tried to contact me. Now they debited me (R1000.00) on the 24th May 2013 successful and again in my account to debit me on the 27th of May 2013 an R1230.00 which failed and when I had money on 5th of June 2013 the blocked my account and debited R1230.00.I spoke to Salamina who transferred me to Berry Ntshanyana the Supervisor, wasting my time and money almost 45Min. on the call trying to convince them to make a reversal of R1230.00 as its for my transport for work. I dont have money for work & might be dismissed, how will i pay in futher, DISAPP
