I did an online application on the nedbank website for a loan and later i was called by Rosemary Tshabalala who was well spoken made me understand the nessesary steps for the application. what made me happy was that she did not treat me like a number, she understood my needs and gave me various options to suit them. when i emailed her she would respond in a flash. i was beggining to doubt nedbank and was planning on switching banks.. but the service i had from Ms Tshabalala makes me wanna stay.
