I would like to say that I made the BIGGEST mistake to change my bank account to the MOST innovative bank in the world! Firstly I ordered the cellphone-the wrong 1 was delivered-I sent it back and behold they delivered the wrong cellphone again, then eventually they delivered the correct cellphone after a month! Bad service to start with. Now 3months later they billing me for the correct phone (which I have) and the incorrect model (that i dont have). I have been struggling since the 15th of May to now avail. I spoke to Phuti, ROshen and the likes and I even asked that Gloria (Manager) to call me back- to no avail! Pathetic service to say the least. I want this sorted out today!!! Someone must refind me 2day! ASAP!
