I applied for a cellphone phone Blackberry 9380 via FNB on the 28th Jan 2013, I realised after hours that it was the incorrect phone and called back the next morning to rectify the mistake to the correct phone BB 9360. They assured me that its the correct phone will be ordered, needless to say they delivered the incorrect phone on the 15/02/2013 which I complained abt, but no1 was able to rectify it! I called numerous times, and I had the incorrect phone for 2weeks! they came to collect the phone, BUT BEHOLD today they delivered the same incorrect phone 05/03/2013... I want this to be sorted out like in yesterday, they must fetch this incorrect phone today 05/03/2013 and supply me with the correct phone today 05/03/2013 today as well. THis is bad service and to top it all, I am only banking with FNB for a 2months with this service, maybe I should move my account to another bank!!! I want an answer NOW!!!
