Not responding within 1 business day as advertised

FNB charges a substantial monthly fixed fee for their platinum cheque account. This gives me access to the Premier suit who are supposed to reply to communications, as their automated email states, within 1 business day. They have never replied within a day, usually closer to 3 to 5, if at all. Why should I believe anything they now say if they about the simplest of things. Hire more personnel. It's not difficult.
