The FNB Premier suit has so far never responded to me within one business day, as they promise. I currently have 4 outstanding queries /complaints with them, none of which have been closed out. Go and check your email for the exact ref numbers. Requests to be acknowledged personally, and not just by their stupid automated response system, have fallen on deaf ears. As a result of this poor service I cancelled my credit card and eBucks accounts with them, the subject of one of the instructions given to FNB Premier suit, and if the poor level of service continues I will begin withdrawing further accounts and only directing complaints through this public medium because it seems to be the only way to attract the attention of the FNB Premier suit
