DONT UNDERSTAND THIS SYSTEM!

Dear Sir/Madam

I have taken up a loan with Capitec Bank last year which was just excellent. I have since done all my making with your Bank and have been a really satisfied client.

1. My problem is I would like to increase my installments on this loan with immediate effect. I called the call centre and they confirmed that I can put out a separate debit to make payments as the initial contract taken cannot be restructured.

So I go in to the bank and the lady says this cannot be done???

2. I call the call centre again and the lady says I can restructure my loan contract BUT THATS ONLY IF I QUALIFY! WHAT YOU MEAN QUALIFY? I should know if I am able to pay extra or not.

All I wanna do is pay my debt off owing to you.

I want to know if I make X amount of payments how long will my loan take to pay off.

Obviously If I cut down the number of installments I won't pay all the interest included. Well, thats not what I heard at a Branch. I have been running back and forth to Capitec and making calls. This confusion is overbearing!!!

I apologise for ragging this way. I just need to be heard and have my requests fulfilled.
