Last month I put notice in my 32 day acc. After I pressed send a message appeared that someone will call within 24 hours. No-one ever called.
Same thing happened this month when I put notice last week.
I purchased prepaid electricity this Monday the 2nd June.
I never received my voucher number. I could go on but I am so emotional, upset, furious...
