I take an insurance for my car with Anderson insurance. the car details is Mazda 3, ZJR 603 GP. so on April I was at home in Limpopo Venda when I was involved in an accident I call them immediately call them to inform them about the accident. so as an acceptable procedure I have to send them all supporting documents of which I did. but on the 11th of may I was told that they have informed the bank which has financed my car. and according to them it takes 21 working days to receive the document and settlement letter from the bank. now the funny part is I awaited for that period and nothing happens. on the 24th I was told again that the document was sent to bank it'll take another two weeks so its being a month and couple of days without receiving help. I believe you can help me solve this puzzle. the person who was working on my case is no longer in the company so what is happening I don't know and since the car was declared written off I cant get any other car and I'm challenged when it comes to transport to work.
