NO SERVICE PASSING THE BUCK

I was involved in an unfortunate accident on 17 May 2013 in Pretoria where a truck lost control, capsized and rolled over six cars including mine. A quick call to my trusted insurance Anderson Insurance I was told they will forward me claim forms, fill in writing, fax to them wait for five days. Asking about courtesy car, same response - wait for five days. They boast it takes 3 - 5 days maximum to process. I emailed my claim forms on 23 May 2012, seven working days after nothing has happened. I feel used. I did not cause the accident, and I work in Polokwane they don't give a. They are actually saying I must see to finish. Birnam Mutasa the consultant is now passing the buck onto BMW SA for not providing quotes for the parts thus delaying the process. Where is the turnaround time whereas I'm paying them monthly? Where is the service? Demanding to speak to management or his supervisor - they are in a meeting. I demand service and my courtesy please. ANDERSON claims they STRIVE TO DELIVER THE ULTIMATE SERVICE EXPERIENCE GUARANTEEING CLIENT SATISFACTION - what gibberish.
