ANDERSON INSURANCES' SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

My car was involved in a minor accident, when i called the insurance to explain what had happened i was to i need to do the following:

Please receive the attached claim form for completion and return together with the following documents.

1) COPY OF YOUR ID.
2) COPY OF YOUR LICENSE
3) 4 PAGED POLICE REPORT (NOT AR NO. )
4) 2 MONTHS CURRENT BANK STATEMENT
5) 2 X REPAIR QUOTES
6) VEHICLE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE IF THE VEHICLE WAS NO PURCHASED BRAND NEW
7) 3 ANGLE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES OF THE DAMAGED

Once we receive the above documents we will assist you. please take your vehicle to Metal auto body situated at No 288 Samantha Street Strydjom park.

i then asked the following:

First are you not going to send an assessor to assess my car, secondly are you not getting the quotes on my behalf??? If I have to do all of this on my own then why do I have an insurer???

to date the matter has not been resolved because i work long hours and havent had time to go and source for quotation and on the form that i was supposed to complete i was asked to draw a sketch of the accident how ridiculous is that!! i wouldnt recommend Anderson to anyone, Its a waste of time and money
