Mmmh im even out of words, this is the worst experiance ive ever encounterd with insurance companies and worst A/F that i putted my trust so much. I was admitted in Febuary for 3days, then ive completed a claim form hence i have Hospital Cash back with them. Then on Monday i decided to call and asks about my pending claim, to my suprise my policy was cancelled by them and they never contacted me regarding that, and i want them to reinstate my policy from the date they cancel it and pay my money. there was no time where they didnt get their debit order.
