PATHETIC SERVICE AS USUAL

I don't even care to explain what happened. Why I even bother to write this report is beyond me but I will continue in the hope that the higher powers at Standard Pathetic Bank somehow have a conscience and actually attempt to do something about the putrid & pathetic service that this bank continues to provide.

If someone wants to do something, here are the references given to me which actually means nothing because nothing gets done anyway: 53127389 given on 15/5/13 by Petunia Mamogaly 52844442 by Wesley 9/5/2013.

I went in to your office last Saturday & discussed this matter with a Team Leader, Gaynor Eccles, who also happens to be the same person who previously "assisted" me with another query and miracle of all miracles... a week later I'm still waiting for a simple statement which she supposedly was going to e-mail me & my complaint lodged in August 2012 still remains unresolved.

I'm not sure what kind of circus you are running there but it sure aint funny. In fact, its past the point of being pathetic.
