Lodged a claim on a funeral policy for my wife yesterday. As called by a non English speaking person from absa life this morning who insisted on speaking to my wife about the funeral policy. The more I tried to explain that my wife was deceased the more the person demanded to speak to her! Clearly either a terminal stupidity or inability to read in English. Very distressing for me.
