FNB funeral policy has definetly showed signs of poor service. From a policy claim that was made in 2001 a few days after the death of deceased, they hadn't bothered to follow up on it. Numerous occasions of calling them them, approaching them regarding the issue they had said a gentlemen in Johannesburg would get back to us. No sign of that, FNB to this day is still taking monthly payments for the funeral policy. Have canceled FNB account in 2010 already due to their incompetence and low class customer service, shocking. Words pf advice to anyone thinking of joining FNB funeral policy, be careful, because when it comes to paying out they will pro.long everything just to end up telling you 12 month waiting period is over.!!!
