I went to president street on Tuesday to inquire when is the final installment of one of my loans at about 3:25. I spoke to the lady at the reception who asked me to wait for any of the consultants. After about 2-3 minutes there was an available consultant. I waited for about 10 minutes to be called in but nothing happened . they continued with their conversations together with the lady that I think is the branch manager because she kept on updating them about an email received from head office.. Nobody bothered to find out if I have been assisted or not and also cant the lady at the reception check that for me. The last time I got my settlement from the enquiry desk why this time cannot get the info of the last installment and also the last time the lady assisted me because all consultants ignored me. I noticed that if you don't apply for a loan you wont be serviced.
The service was pathetic. If the other lady is the Manager she needs to go to training for customer service. I tried since Tuesday to call 0112569073 and no answer.
