I called in today- Game - President Street - and the first lady that I spoke with advised me that I was through to the incorrect branch. She advised me that she will call me back with the correct number - Never Happened-
So I decided to call Rosebank and ask for the number and was given the very same number that I had dialed
So yet again I dialed the number and this time around the lady confirmed that I was through to President street. I asked to for the price range of dumb-bells and she transferred me for further assistance to a lady that insisted on speaking Sotho after I had told her that I do not speak the language. She then transferred me to goodness knows where.
I waited for over 10 minutes and finally somebody answered. But... wait for it... It was another customer at the sports section who could not bare to hear the phone ringing anymore. She was also frustrated because nobody had acknowledged her.
No surprise that the customer care number is was busy when I called
Seriously GAME??? How many departments do you have within 2 floors. If you cannot deal with call volumes and customers that do not speak SOTHO then add more info on your website. WASTE OF TIME
