HI,

Last year in June I settled my student loan I had with ABSA Bank, I then requested n letter from the bank confirming that the loan is paid off, as a requirement to the policy I have with Sanlam when I made the loan I spoke with Gerchwin Swartz and he assisted me with the query promising the it will be done in the next two weeks or so, depending on all the approved signatures. After two weeks I phoned again as I did not receive the letter yet, again with an excuse telling me he will get back to me. I phoned four times still with no result, I eventually gave up and in April 2013 I phone again and spoke with Annelien Bronkhorst and she assisted me and that same day I received the document Great thanks for that,

Now again relating to that same query I needed more documentation, Sanlam needed documentation showing the policy nr ect. I phone and to my luck spoke with Gerchwin Swartz telling him i need the documentation I even asked his email address and emailed him all the info till this day no feedback no returned calls nothing? why is that so hard to keep someone informed
