Letter of cancellation of session

I had a small study loan in 1995, which has been paid up ages ago. A Sanlam policy was seeded to this loan and has now been cancelled. Ettienne from FNB Festival Mall couldn't assist, but phoned Shaun Reddy on 16/04/2013 with regards to getting a letter of cancellation of session. On the 17th, I phoned again and spoke to Mohophe who tried to help and saw that Shaun had done nothing yet. She escalated the query to her team leader. On the 19th, I still didn't have my letter and phoned again and spoke to a Melissa who said that she would prioritise the query and escalate it to her teamleader and that I would have the letter the same day. Today is the 22nd and still no letter which, according to Melissa, I was supposed to get within 24 hours. I phoned and spoke to Queen, who asked me to phone back a little later and ask for Mohophe as the teamleaders are currently in a meeting. We are busy emigrating and will be flying out on the 1st of May and I need to tie up all the loose end before having my acccount blocked. I'm frustrated as the call centre people seem to try and help (not Shaun Reddy, though) and the buck seems to stop with the teamleaders who seem to do nothing!
