Opened FNB account in 2012 with call centre, they said (Confirmed with them) that my ID won't be necessary when collecting, that my passport/drivers with be ok (ID) When collect my card they said that I can't get card without ID, I cut up my card if from of the lady told her to close account as I was misled. I went to the Randburg 2 weeks ago to open new account and they said that they will reactivate old account. They asked me if I wanted to collect card or would I like it to be shipped (No mention of courier fees). Also applied for personal loan Kim said that she will let me know. I asked my fiance for follow up regarding the loan as we haven't had any feedback in 3 days. She told her that the loan was declined, don't have a reason, that she will let me know, still waiting. Got a sms that R120 was charged for courier, I was not told of this fee. Made payment of Tue the 3rd, Sun the 8th still not reflecting, went to the Cresta, was told that my account was closed due to the arrears amount not paid (Kim failed to let me know) I closed my account in the 1st place due to poor service. Now I have reopened my account still no service from a bank that says HOW CAN WE HELP YOU
