I WAS CALLED BY DISCOVERY THIS WEEKEND AND TOLD THAT THEY NEED TO DELIVERY A NEW CARD TO ME. I WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF ADDRESS AND A COPY OF MY ID.
THE COURIER ARRIVED, I HANDED OVER MY FNB BANK STATEMENT WITH MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS ON IT AND A COPY OF MY ID BUT THE COURIER REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT. HE SAID THAT MY PROOF OF ADDRESS CANNOT BE A DISCOVERY, FNB OR WESBANK STATEMENT. EVERY OTHER PROOF OF ADDRESS GOES TO MY PO BOX!
SO FOR ANNOYING ME AND WASTING MY TIME, SEND ME MY SETTLEMENT AMOUNT, I WILL SETTLE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND THEN YOU CAN CLOSE IT!!!
