VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

I opened a wizzit bank account through one of their agents in Randburg. I actually paid R100 and was told that my account would be active by 5 June 2013. I actually got the horror of my life when I went to the ATM to check if the account was active. The card was swallowed by the ATM.

The following day I parted with my airtime as i gave them a call at 10:03AM to get help. I spoke to one of their so called professional female agent who was in a bad mood. To my surprise she was clueless. She doesn't even know what she was doing. To this day I am still trying to cope with the fact that I lost my money to a bank that I don't even know exists.
