I had the ADvantage payroll card in 2010 where my salary was paid into and then transferred to my other Bank account as per stop order created. Now 3 years later im working on another temp assignment and was given a new ADvantage card which was submitted but I never received the activation sms, then discovered that my wages transferred into the old card, when I contacted the call center I was told that my old card was never closed. the guy I spoke to then had the nerve to tell me to speak to my manager to have this fixed! whose account is this exactly? then finally the new card was linked only to realize when i get to the atm that I have no funds and now I suspect that It was assumed that the stop order should still be active (the old stop order from 3 years back), but guess what I HAVE LONG CLOSED THAT BANK ACCOUNT. so should i now go to ABSA to have the account activated to get my pay? why would you assume to continue with the stop order when I did mention I lost the old card and have a new one..this is a true inconvenience because I'm confused as to what exactly is the solution to my problem.now I'm left broke because of your assumptions.
