Standard Bank
Card Blocked by unknown person

Hi,
I went to check my balance this morning at the standard bank ATM, my card got swallowed. I called Standard Bank and to my surprise I was told that the card was blocked by my brother LLoyd which I don't even know. I need a explanation and why was I not contacted to confirm that my card was. This is unacceptable.
