I have a loan account with Old Mutual Finance which i was paying cash/transfer to their account every month, they however went to two of my old bank accounts to try and retrive the payments even though there was no money in the accounts. This has created penalties from both accounts and a negative credit records for unpaid debit orders. I want Old Mutual Finance to pay for the penalties and a letter of apology.
