On 28 May 2013 I went online and bought some boots from this site [URL Removed] The site looks genuine and is hosted in Australia. I paid for my boots online with my Debit Card and eventually received a tracking code for my parcel. Whilst tracking the parcel l realized that it was being shipped from CHINA but yet the site claims the shop is in Australia. Immediately l contacted Timberland UK and inquired about that site. I was shocked to learn that it is a site used by to sell imitations from CHINA!! Timberland UK then gave me a letter to support raising a charge back with Visa through FNB. I sent the letter and my story to my personal banker and she told me that l had to report the case to the SAPS and raise a charge back on my own. Now clearly this is wrong so l need someone who knows how to deal with this to do so as l am now getting very frustrated. I am out of the country and back in SA on 30 June 2013.
