HELLO PETER

I recently did an online application for home loan with Absa bank. My application was declined and the notified me that i must contact the two credit listing companies which are Transunion and Experian because my credit record is bad. I have my credit report with me from both companies and i have no judgement or defaults. i am not happy with their response and i was not given a chance to give them my credit report. I tried without succes to speak to someone in regard with my matter. Please help me.
