I have a debit order running with wesbank which runs on the 24th of every month as i get paid on the 23rd. In December i got paid on exactly the same day and went away on holiday. When i came back in Jan the 4th I noticed that the money for the car was not taken out of my account. When i called Wesbank to find out why this was so, they told me that it could have been a network problem and i offered to rather to a direct eft for that month so that all payments are up to date.

I have now checked my credit status with all the credit bureus as i am trying to make sure my status is fine for a homeloan and it shows that i am in 1 months arears with my wesbank account. The credit bereus say Wesbank just has to send an e-mail stating that everything is paid but they keep sending me from piller to post and at all times say they dont send out any e-mails or letter.

I fail to understand how they run such a huge institution and not one person can send 1 e-mail to clarify their mistake and now i have to suffer because of their faults even though they have all their monies
