I would like to send a COMPLIMENT for the abovementioned lady who has been so helpful regarding a problem I had with my stopped card. I haven't used my card at the doctor's room for 2 years because it was wasn't allowing me, I always had to pay cash at the Doctor's room. Have spoken to quite a few people for help in your company with no joy. Only yesterday I spoke to Masechaba, and I see there's progress and i hoping to get my new card soon. If all your staff were so helpful, you wouldn't loose some of your clients (like the one I know). If you need more clients, make sure you look after this lady (Masechaba). She's good.
