Shocked!!!

I have been trying to get a home loan with Standard bank. They declined me saying i don't qualify, i then put down a higher deposit and they came back saying i don't have a track record. Which didn't make sense to me as i have been banking with them since opening a bank account and i also have a Blue Bean credit card which is part of their division. I then appealed and they came back saying and do not qualify again and i also have another loan with them. I am not aware of the loan they are talking about. I will go to the branch this afternoon and find out about this loan they are talking about. And then after that i will move to another bank because as far as they are concerned they do not know me, but at the same time they say i took a loan with them which i am not aware of. Confused and shocked of all this.
