This morning I received a cold call from one of your competitors. After a long, halting 40 minute call (with an extra 30 minute break in the middle because their systems went down), I received a quote that was too high.
I decided while I'm in insurance mode, I might as well call OUTsurance to get my premium recalculated.
I had to speak to 2 people in the call centre because I also wanted to fix a typo in my details. The handover was smooth and the entire call only lasted 8 minutes.
Yagan was very professional and friendly and all my excess amounts were significantly reduced and my premium was dropped by about 20%.
Oh, and the competitor's quote was 50% more than what I pay at OUTsurance.
