Adding insurance without informing me

I submitted a membership certificate to Absa consisting of details regarding my car insurance, and this was in March 2013. In May 2013, absa had added /- R900 to my installement stating that i was not covered by any insurance hence they added insurance from AIP on my account. I spoke to the AIP consualtants and explained that i sent through the proof showing that i have car insurance and was clearlyy under the impression that this MESS was sorted. My debit order went through on the 31st of May 2013 and it was the correct installment which i pay every month. I guess i celebrated too quickly as today i received an sms from ABSA stating thay i owe them and when i phoned i was adviced that i need to phone AIP. I did exactly that, and was holding for more then 15 minutes hence had to put the phone down (i am using my cell phone to make these calls). Clearly no one is willing to assist me... i am sick an tired of these sms's. I do not owe ABSA, hence please sort this out.
