Total waste of time, money and effort

Good day,

It is with utter disapointment, that I have to logde this complaint, I visited the Westgate Branch last week, Thursday, spoke to a consultant by the name of Eugene, advised that all he needs is the settlement letters, and my March invoice.
On Tuesday, I visited the branch again, the problem is the operation is like a call centre, and it is difficult to get the same consultant, this time around I spoke to Kuli, unfortunately due to an error on myside, I printed the wrong payslip, which means that I need to visit the branch on Wednesday again.
On Wednesday, after a promise that in the interim the conformation of employment will be done, it was not, the lady this morning, after i pointed out twice she have the wrong number, she complains that she cannot do the conformation of employment (maybe it was just the sign to stand up and leave!)
However I remained, after I threw a tantrum, and Kuli attended to me again, conformation was done, and we proceeded, only to learn for two and a half painful hours of my time, Capitec cannot help me, I mean if you consolidate the loan of the other place, it means freed up cash, which I can pay the current loan, simpe maths?
