My heartfelt compliments to staff at Eikestad Mall Branch who assisted me so quickly & effectively in obtaining an overdraft facility. I contacted the BM, Sharon Smith, for assistance in this regard & she referred me to a Sales Consultant, Luintus Cupido. He was so effective & diligent & had no problem keeping me up to date with my application. The very same day I received a sms confirming that the facility has been approved & just after lunch time I received the quote for signature.By close of business that same day I received confirmation that the facility has been loaded & that I can access my funds. Client services like this is not always readily available. You should be proud of these two staff members & they should definitely be on your retention list not to be replaced by anyone. It is very difficult to replace the skill of client services & experience of this calibre. These two staff members have really met my needs as a client and definitely exceeded my expectations as well. I commend both for customer service above the call of duty. Well done both. Due to your actions yesterday, you have retained a valuable client.
