I was recently married to a staff member and nobody knows how to change me to receive staff rates, ive been waiting and everyone i go to advises me that they will find out what the procedure is .but nobody seems to know what to do, which im very concerned about where do i stand as the client.
Honey crest is not actually at fault they have been helpfull but im getting a bit fustrated now, because this in not the first time i had the same issue last year when i was a staff member i had the same issue and nobody helped me, i do not want to be contacted by someone in the branch i want this to be dealt with by the department called CDG because thir the ones who deal with such quiries.
