I had an account with Blue Financial services this was then sent for collection to Pholosa whilst I was unemployed. I repaid the account at Pholosa in 2012 after contacting the call centre and getting a settlement balance. I am still getting letters calling for repayment as well as threatening telephone calls. They have received the payment this has been confirmed numerous times but as yet they have to close the account.
This is totally unacceptable should I go to the Consumer Council instead.!!!
