I bought a vehicle for myself a month ago and had submitted the application on line as I found it convenient. I then advised the consultant to load the staff rates as my wife is a standard bank employee so that we enjoy the benefits of getting staff rates.
After numerous communication between my wife and the consultant involved advised her that this won't be possible as the deal was already loaded on the banks system.
In 2010 june I bought myself a Merc C200, which the bank offered a rate of 11 percent and I accepted. Later in 2012 she then applied for surety ship to get staff rates and a vaf manager at centurion private banking assisted with the process and the rates were loaded immediately.
I am very disappointed by the level of service and inconsistency that I have received from the staff member involved as he insist that I never mentioned to him that my wife is staff. He should have submitted the right
contract that has staff rates.
