Standard Bank going the extra 100 miles

My girlfriend and I were in South Africa on holiday from the UK, and going through Alberton when we stopped at Brackencity to withdraw money when we realised my girlfriends wallet went missing, with our cards and travellers cheques. The staff at the Standard Bank did everything in their power to help us as we were extremely upset about the whole affair. Everyone from the receptionist to the branch manager dealt with us with the utmost sensitivity and care. I have never been in a bank with such professional staff and I wish my bank in the UK could send their staff to that branch to learn a thing or two about customer service. I would like to thank every single staff member in the branch for all your help and keep up the good work, which I know you will do anyway :)
