Wrong Charge of Honary Fee

I have had my account with nedbank for a long time and a while back someone called out of the blue for no funds alert SMS subscription. Apparently this SMS is supposed to be sent when there are no funds in the account and you will have up to 24 hours to rectify it. For three months in the row I would get an SMS and I would subsequently pay the respective amount required. But this month they have decided to charge me an honary fee of R90 for each transaction which amounts to almost a R1000. My question is why they has this worked for 3 months in a row without charges and now they have decided to charge me when the same sequence of transaction has happened. Whats the point of the no funds alert SMS then? The consultants in the call center say I must ask the bank manager for help and it will be up to him/her to refund me. Why should I go beg for my money back when their system has made mistake. Apparently this system cannot be wrong.

Very pathetic Nedbank. I think this is the last straw..I must change bank account now.
