I had a loan with this Nedbank people which was opened up and settled via their attorney in full in 2011 November, I've been calling countless times to request that they remove or update my ITC report which is still reflecting Judgments and open balance under my name... this is the last plea to them from me, can you please NEBANK pEOPLE REMOVE OR UPDATE MY RECORDS AS I DONT OWE YOU A CENT...
I CANT GET CREDITS ANYWHERE BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENCE, MY PAID UP ACC WAS CONFIRMED AT THE BRANCH SO WHY DIDNT YOU UPDATE YOUR RECORDS??? I NEED YOUR RECORDS TO BE UPDATED ASAP OR I'M TAKING THIS UP WITH OMBUDSMAN.
