What a bad attitude from branch manage

I went to FNB to cash my foreign cheque but in ZAR currency as i've been doing for more than a year.

First i had to wait for a very long time then when i finally ask the teller to "remind" the manager i'm still waiting and i mention that to the manager he decides to tell me i'm talking trash.
Then he tells me my cheque is of large sum and it will take 6 to 8 weeks to be credited i ask him he had the same issue last month but was able to credit it in 8 days as they've been doing since february 2012.

He says he shouldn't have. I'm not sure if he owns fnb and judging people based on skin color or what but that service is . 8 weeks is too long, telling customers they are talking trash when they complain about waiting period is. Thank goodness i have an account with standard bank and they take up to 10 days to do what FNB does in 8 weeks
