FNB "How can we enrich ourselves"

At the end of March 2013, I paid may last installment on my personal loan from FNB and the account should have been closed after that, but because it is FNB, this was not done.

FNB continued to bill me for the Credit Protection Plan and on top of that, charged interest on the amount. Point being, there is no more capital to pay off, which in turn, negates the necessity for the Credit Protection Plan.

I did lodge a complaint with FNB and they did call me back, but guess what, the person I spoke to, said she'll get someone else to call me back regarding this matter. This, to me, is only done in order to buy themselves more time and thus enriching themselves more, rather than living up to "What can we do for you? " FNB's motto/credo/saying is a load of BS. That is by no means true, and this is not the first time I am complaining about their level of service. I have a distinct feeling that this bank is only in it to make money of us, the poor suckers falling for their propaganda.

Beware when taking out an FNB Personal Loan and paying it off earlier like I did. They will probably keep on billing you for money that you don't owe anymore!
