Taking advantage of people

In 2011 I applied for a personal loan with African bank - I explained my situation and the lady assisting me at that time, explained to me that she was going to assist me with a personal loan only to find out April 2013 she gave me a credit card instead of an personal load as I requested. Now according to me I should have paid the full amount that I THOUGH I BORROWED with the Personal loan, but now I still owe an amount for all the interest. I tried contacting people at the bank to assist me, but they do not answer or come back to me with an answer. I will have no choice but to take this matter further as your staff took advantage of me and gave me a product I did not ask for. The lady that assisted me was not very helpful when it came to explaining the products, and o one explained to me before how a credit card works, I was under the impression that I only took out a personal loan.

I want to move on now as I've been paying for too long now and now according to what the lady told me the debit orders should have stopped by now.

Please could someone contact me ASAP regarding this matter as I need this issue resolved as soon as possible?
