DEBIT ORDERS

I HAVE SENT FNB PERSONAL LOANS AN EMAIL WITH REGARD TO MY QUERY, BUT A WEEK HAS PASSED AND NO RESPONSE. I HAD A DEBIT ORDER FOR R570. THE LOAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAID IN APRIL/MAY BUT WHEN I LOGGED INTO MY PROFILE TO CHECK ON THE ACCOUNT STATUS I FOUND THEY ARE DEDUCTING R118 AND R119 PER AS "LOAN RESTARTED" THE WORST IS WHY CAN THEY NOT DEDUCT THE ENTIRE R570. NOW IM BEING CHARGED DEBIT INTEREST AS WELL AS THE CUSTOMER CREDIT PROTECTION PLAN INCLUDING THE R118/R119. I WANT THIS AMOUNT REVERSED. AND CREDITED TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT. IT STILL REFLECTS AN AMOUNT OF R118 OUTSTANDING BUT ON A DETAILED BALANCE IT REFLECTS PREPAID AMOUNT OF R74!!
