So i have a problem with my platinum cheque card that doesnt work and i walked into the FNB branch in middelburg mall to request a replacement card, the clerk asks me for ID so i hand him my drivers licence wich is a valid identity document, he tells me i need to bring him my ID book before he can help me because the system only has a copy of my ID in black and white and it must be color.!?! Why did FNB scan a black and white copy into the system if they require color? I do not have a valid ID book because mine was ruined in the washing machine so thanks to FNB i must struggle with a faulty cheque card that doesnt swipe in stores until i get a new ID book, This is rediculous and i seriously am begginining to hate FNB, I have cancelled my credit card facility already recently because of poor service and the bank accounts will be next. Keep it up.
