I made a telephonic application for a loan with fnb (Lifestyle financial services-product of FNB) to which an amount of R14750, was approved, i was requested to submitt all the relevant documentation to which the consultant confirmed they were received, on friday the 31/05/2013 the consultant contacted me confirming that everything has been verified and that they will consolidate an amount to the value of 6446.88 of my edgars account and pay the balance in to my account, was still waiting for payment into my account until to my suprice i received a call an was informed, only R11000, was approved, i confirmed evrithing with the consulted who promised me payments into my account within 24hour, I am still waiting... I am an unhappy customer, please fulfill your promises!
