I have applied for a student loan, it was approved with the desired amount and now i have been informed verbally that i will receive R6000 less than the original amount without the necessary documentation to confirm what the consultant verbally mentioned. To add, an account has been linked into-with my loan account- without my knowledge and i don't even know who the individual is. All that was provided was the individuals name and account number. Now my surety has been paying an interest amount that was miss calculated (21% instead of 9%) yet the anonymous account has been the cheque account of which money was debited from to finance the interest amount for my loan.
