No money in bank tellers

Myself and my husband must drive around the whole Secunda to be able to draw money from FNB. Once I even used ABSA's tellers because we urgently required cash. FNB then send a email to me telling me that I must not draw money from other banks because then we pay more for the service. Well I would not have used another teller if money was available in our FNB tellers. The day before yesterday I could not draw money from two different tellers because they did not have money. Yesterday it was the same story.
