Non Response - Linking Business Profiles

I have access to a clients online banking, as the client is based overseas. When the client was in RSA in June we opening two new bank accounts, and requested them to be linked to the profile, the incorrectly prepared documents to link these accounts were received by us on the 19 July, they were then corrected and received on 30 July. These were signed on sent back to FNB online on 01 Aug, and again on 06 Aug for linking.

On 06 Aug I was advise that the accounts had been linked and would take 24hrs to appear. To date the accounts have still not appeared on the profile, and I have sent the responsible departments emails on 07 Aug, 08 Aug and today, with no response. I have also contacted the call center and advised that they would get back to me! Still waiting.

It is impossible for these companies to transact in RSA without internet banking, as the director is not in RSA.

This is not the first time I have had issues with this FNB. They took over two months to set up the profile originally, and every time I need something done it is like pulling teeth. Someone needs to take responsible for this matter.

Good way to attract foreign investments into RSA!
