I received my new premium, and of course I was unhappy with it. I phoned the call centre and Nicole very quickly put my mind at ease that an unhappy customer will not be ignored. She promptly offered me a new reduced premium which I gratefully accepted. Thanks Nicola and Dial Direct. You've proven once again that my decision to stay with you was the correct one
